Chloe

Chloe is a relatively young soul. Her human life ended roughly two hundred years prior to her path crossing with Cain. She is quiet and contemplative. She always has that feel of someone who has misplaced something that they can’t quite put their finger on. She is a girl lost in a dream she can’t seem to wake from. Chloe’s closest companion is her twin, Remington, who never tires of attempting to make her laugh. She is a woman who has been touched by some lost sadness, and though she may not remember, it always haunts her eyes. Chloe was originally French, and though she does not retain any knowledge of her life as a girl, a light accent is still present when she speaks.

Among the vampire kind, she developed the reputation for being a sort of librarian. Through her unlife, she spent many of her years tracking down and obtaining books of all sorts, most of which were one of a kind or rare. Despite her seemingly limitless knowledge about her kind, Chloe is trapped in the church that her Elder has laid claim to. Her library is a vast underground room that trumps the upper church in size and magnitude. She obtains her books through her connections within the vampire hierarchy, but remains in the solitude of her library instead of traveling abroad herself. It is rumored that she is bound to that Elder vampire who watches over her and can not leave.
